Need help in water cooling for my non yet build PC(have 0 experience).

Hello everyone,currently I am building my first PC and I plan to do water cooling. Just as I mentioned I have 0 experience in that. Here's a link to the partpicker:

I will be buying second GPU as well, therefore I would like to have water cooling be alredy setup for 2 way sli.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

There are some really good water cooling guides if you do a search. These will outline all the parts you're going to need, advise you on good ways to configure your radiators and other general advise.

What you need:
2x GPU Block
1x CPU Block
Radiators
Min. 1 pump
Reservoir
Fittings
Tubing
