SLI help? Gtx 760

Looking to get another Asus gtx 760, is SLI worth it for gaming, is there much of a boost in gaming, and also can I just place the 2nd 760 in my case? Also with driver updates will one update work for both of the cards?

Basically how does it work and can It work?
Mobo - ASUS M5a97 R2.0

Since your motherboard, like mine, runs on the 970 chipset you can only crossfire, and its not true Xfire to that extent either. The second card runs in X4 mode, meaning it will be severely bottlenecked. Which mean no SLI.
