Im on a budget and i wanted a good cheap CPU that i would most likely overclock. The CPU is the AMD FX-4130. I don't care if It doesn't overclock great, i wont be pushing it super hard. Just wondering.

depending on your budget, I would recommend nothing below the FX-6300, and urge you to get the 8350 although its expensive or the 8320, and get a aftermarket cooler like the CM Hyper 212 Evo or better if you can afford. The 8350 your most future proof option, its also has the best value and price: performance ratio. it also overclocks good, as long as you have a good cooler. I personally have a 8350.

According to Passmark the FX-6300 has a better price/performance and and the only effect on today's games you will see would possibly be a small fps increase in the FX-8350 because of its extra physical core, but very few games use 6-8 cores, most use 2-4.
