help! mobo? broken?

Its a z77 saber tooth mobo. All lights are coming on but nothing is displaying. I posted 1 time. I noticed a fan wasn't on and was on the wrong place so I fixed it while it was powered down. Now I can't get a display anymore and my peripherals wont turn on. I have checked my peripherals on my second desktop and everything is working fine. I've tried resetting everything and still no display.

Sounds like maybe a short or a missing power connector, make sure mobo has power to the 24PIN and the 4/8, GPU has power plugged in, DRAM fully seated...if no joy, might want to bench it, have a guide that might help here:
