Hi everyone. Long time lurker finally decided to register and see about some advice; but first, a little back story.

I like to consider myself a pro at flipping things over local classifieds online (Kijiji.ca), and have in doing so come across the best machine I have yet to own. I previously until a few weeks ago was running a Phenom 9750 with 4GB DDR2 and an EVGA GTX 750 TI -- which served me well however I was wanting something with a bit more 'oomph'. I popped an ad up online, sold it for 400 bucks CDN, and bought my current rig for 300CDN (SSD Not included, no HDD came with rig).

Current specs (Copied right from Speccy) are:

Summary
Operating System
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core i7 860 @ 2.80GHz 38 °C
Lynnfield 45nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 534MHz (7-7-7-20)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. P7P55D PRO (LGA1156) 21 °C
Graphics
NS-29L120A13 (1360x768@60Hz)
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 (EVGA) 26 °C
Storage
111GB KINGSTON SH103S3120G ATA Device (SSD) 19 °C
931GB Seagate Expansion USB Device (USB (SATA)) 27 °C
14GB Lexar USB Flash Drive USB Device (USB)
Optical Drives
No optical disk drives detected
Audio
NVIDIA High Definition Audio

A note about the ram: I HAD my ram in A1 / B1 slots but decided to move them A1A2 to accomodate a new fan (CM Hyper 212 evo) for my CPU. Will be moving the fan to the other side of the heatsink in the future and adding in two more sticks of ram (total of 16GB) in the semi near future (will do a1 b1 of current, and a2 b2 of new sticks, don't worry :p )

Now on to my question....

I'm a gamer. A serious gamer. I've got over 25 games installed onto a combo of my SSD and my External HDD via USB3 (PCI Express card), such as Crysis 3, Battlefield 4, Metro 2033, Guild Wars 2, FFXIV:ARR etc etc. My current screen setup is dual: Monitor and TV side by side, however I'm looking to ditch the TV and go with three 19" or 20" monitors at 1920X1080 for hopefully some 3monitor gaming!

I'd like to find a GPU that will play nicely with my current system, and hopefully the three monitor gaming setup, however I'm also on a limited budget of no higher than $400 CDN TOPS. I'd prefer around 3-350...

Now I know that this is a bit low for what I'd like to achieve, so I'm willing to sacrifice the triple monitor gaming and just settle for three screens with various things like my irssi, linux terminals (in putty) and music etc etc, in my side monitors while I game in the center one, but only if it means getting some nice graphical results and framerates out of it :p

Any ideas on what GPU I should pick up?

Any idea if the 770 will handle triple monitor gaming any decent?

I was looking at http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=43_1200_557_559&item_id=061299 which is the 770 in a 4gb form, for just over 400 CDN... I had wanted to keep down to under 400, but it sound amazing... Anyone got insight on this card? Temps? Gaming? Multi monitor?
