It depends, but usually about an hour, including logging in and setting up your account.
Then of course, you might have to download some drivers to get some devices to work like chipset drivers from your motherboards' website.
There are Windows updates and any other programs that you might want to download.
So the slim answer, is about 1 hour, just for the o/s and first login.
