My aunt son have a PC that have Intel Pentium 4 3 GHz ,2 GB ram,Intel GMA 3100, mobo ga-g31m-es2l.
So here is the thing he have the latest drivers and when I go to bios I can't seem to find except something like buffered ram 8 1^2 which I can't add more and I can't run any game at all what is the problem?!?!?

Solution
Unfortunately that GPU really isn't suitable for playing games and in most cases may just not work for today's games. I'd honestly be suprised if any modern 3D game would work with that card. It doesn't look like that motherboard supports giving the videocard more than 8MB of ram given the manual so you likely going to need to get a cheap discrete card for that system.

To give an idea of how slow this card is -> http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

It shows up in the third to last selection of cards. Those cards are about 12-14 years old.

Minecraft requires a videocard that supports OpenGL 2.1 the GMA 3100 only supports OpenGL 1.4 at most. Hence the black screen since it does not know how to render the game.

But my friend had an older card with the same Open Gl And it ran fine, And my old laptop is OpenGL 1.4 And runs the game at 60+ at lowest .

What card is in those systems? The GMA 3100 is a horrible card by all standards. Intel's driver support especially for those cards is horrible. I was just stating what Mojang says their games requirements are they say it requires support for OpenGL 2.1

EDIT: Also it could be that your Minecraft is out of date on those other systems or they just support OpenGL 2.1. Mojang made a post stating that they are cutting support for older OpenGL's back in December of last year. -> https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/1307761-future-opengl-support

Well as I said the drivers are pathetic. When those older Intel chips were benchmarked there was a lot of issues just getting them to render games correctly if they rendered at all. So honestly I am not surprised it doesn't work. It may also be that the game can't work with that small frame buffer. There are some reports of the game working with the G31 but lots also reporting it doesn't work also make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest (even if the autodetect on intels site says you have the latest) -> https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=eng&ProdId=2877

Otherwise you would likely be able to play something like say Diablo 2 or Unreal and other games of that era but until that system gets a new GPU even a cheap $30 one it will likely not be able to play or even render semi-modern games. And Minecraft as visually simple as it my be is still semi-modern.
