Hi. I have a new Netgear router and ADSL line. All set up but says I have a limited Internet connection. When I use the Netgear wizard to try to set up it keeps on telling me my user name and password for my Internet provider is incorrect. I have checked and double checked the details and they are correct. Could my router be faulty? Thanks.
