this is my first build, and i am stressing out way too much on the color scheme. I am gonna go with a black/gold build, but there are so few parts that have that scheme that the mass majority of the parts are crossed off at the start. (i swear, everything seems to be black/red)

these are the parts that I've picked out.

all i need now is a case. Does anyone have a black/gold build? what case are you using? or can you recommend one. if there really isn't anything, i'll probably just go with the black/blue nzxt and switch to a gigabyte z87 ud3h.

another choice is to go with a black/ gold and have blue water cooling parts down the line using the black/blue nzxt h440. any thoughts?

dang, i'm gonna game, and i love how the card looks, but i want to get the 4690k to overclock. is the 770 really not good enough? i've read some reviews, and the card does pretty good.

Core i5-4590 + 4 GB R9 290x is far better than i5-4690k + 2GB GTX770 even if you get luck with your oc.
But GTX770 is a fine gpu. Its really up to you mate.

Anyway if you get that gold bitfenix neo buy a couple of case fans, ok?

Good luck mate :D
