CM Storm QuickFire. The only problem there is that it may or may not work with an AMD based motherboard.

Thanks, good to know about the LED issue; though the linus thread was more of an initial inquiry thread and the overclokers' one seemed like both the forum members and the corsair rep had enough of the complainer, who seemed like was burning his bridges fast.

In the end, even the CM Storm QuickFire has a history of dead LEDs (http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2235628/mechanical-keyboard-dead-led-time-mechanical-keyboard.html), so pick your poison.

On a side note, I have personal experience with both the QuickFire and the K70. The K70 I have had for about a year now (without issues). QuickFire, well, though a nice keyboard it did not work on my AMD system (tryed 2 separate keyboards, from separate vendors neither worked); after some research I did find issues online with QuickFire not being recognized under the latest AMD chipsets (regardless of manufacturer) - Intel chipsets, no problem, worked on all of my Intel machines.

Good to hear, I'll probably order one for that AMD system of mine - to replace this PS/2 IBM keyboard I got here.
