Hi, I have a question. The Cooler Master CM 690 II came out in January of 2010 but I have a question, is it still a great Case to use today? I want to use it in my new i7-4790K Build, I am upgrading from the Q9650. Thanks.

If the case has support for what you want to install, then it's just fine. Probably the most problematic will be for large(r) liquid cooling radiators.
