I have a Seasonic g650, i already have a GTX 760 and im planning to SLI it in the future . I was wondering if my PSU could deliver enough power to the dual gtx760s? Feel free to comment.

That's a little weak for sli; guru3d recommends at least 700 but recommends 800W: http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/geforce_gtx_760_sl...

Real Hard tech recommends 700W minimum: http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm.

I'd get at least a 750 but would push for the 800W to be on the safe side.

You don't want to risk damaging system components (not just the gpu) because you skimped on your psu. Not worth the possible headache. Your psu by itself with one card is more than solid but falls a bit short for sli.

Well i made a mistake for not opting for a higher wattage PSU when i purchased my system about 1 month ago.
But still, would it still be possible to be able to SLI on my g650 PSU? Cause i really don't want to fork out extra cash for the new PSU as my g650 is just a month old

I would not risk my system trying to run on a 650w PSU.

Not worth it dude. Do you want to risk power starving symptoms on your rig because you will fork out the cash for a 2nd card but not your psu really?

I have a spare hx650 because I did the same thing but I can always use that for a second build or whatever. You can sell it too. Just get the better psu and be done with it.

Dude, the seasonic 650 is very high quality. My friend has an xfx pro bronze 650w power supply made by seasonic but renamed, and it is super good. He was running dual 660ti's and now a single 780ti. Should be fine. The amperage on the 12v rail is sufficent, but barley. It will run if you get the 6 pin version of the 760 no problem, but I feel you. I have a cx430 and an hd7770 and I am upgrading to the xfx 650w because I will be eventually getting an r9 280x, or 8 series maxwell (r9 285 was recently announced, and I built my rig like 6 months ago.)

Just because you can doesn't mean you should. This is where I end up checking with someone who cries, "but it worked for over a year just fine, what happened?" You'll hear about the good situations and like I stated seasonic is a great brand and his psu is awesome for one card but for sli it's NOT recommended. Sure you can get away with it for a while and maybe you can get away with it completely but it's not something I'd go telling my friends to do.
