You should also post all of your questions in 1 thread instead of 6365646463 threads you posted, it's frowned upon and it's also easier to keep all your questions and answers in 1 thread.

Now for the question, the better one will be the to save up a bit more money and buy a GTX 750 Ti as that card can play modern games at high settings with playable fps like 30 fps average on BF4 for example on high settings as the GTX 750 Ti performs as good as a GTX 660 and uses much less power, so it will be more friendly for a weaker PSU like a 400W one for example.

i have cancelled r7 250 as when i saw the psu

there's nothing like w on my psu sticer but when i saw the back of cpu where i connect to adapter it shown connect 250w power adapter to it show i think it is of 250 watt so i am goona buy under rs 5000

can you find a graphic card with psu under rs5000
which gives cod ghost and watch dogs fps about 30-40 at low settings

and i cant take zotac gt 640 1gb ddr5 because it does not have cod i use cod to check and then give money or replace

go for gt 730 better than r7 240....yes in low settings u can experience a smooth game play with this card..

well sapphire would be a better brand than galaxy but sapphire dont make nvidia cards .....u can go for the zotac one if u search in retail stores i think u can get them at lower price compared to flipkart...
