I am looking for a gaming PC that will have a good OC capability with frame rates close to 60fps on ultra BF4.

Very nice, I do not see anything I'd change.
However, keep in mind that those Radeon 290 won't OC much (unless you use watercooling, and even then...), but are still very potent cards.

But its 750w and from all the reading I have done the 290's are very power hungry and running in crossfire requires a minimum of 850w. If you have no intention of ever running crossfire then it does not matter but if you want that option the PSU is what I would change if it were my own build

It would be a couple years down the road before i think i would want to do that. But do you think it would be a good idea to get the gigabyte r9 290x?

I wouldn't get the 290x. It is only marginally faster, and is usually quite a bit more expensive.
If you are willing to spend that much more, I'd consider the Nvidia 780 instead. It should perform very close to the 290, but is generally (depends on the model, of course) quieter, have a lower power draw and will overclock further.

Between those 3, I'd pick the 290 unless cost is not an issue.

Where can i find the nvidia 780? It doesnt seem to show up when i look it up. And the 290x out preforms the 290 by 10fps
