well, first off, you NEED to properly research building a PC & revise that build. that H61 motherboard is an intel motherboard, incompatible with the CPU you chose. you will either need an LGA1155 socket intel CPU or a socket FM2 compatible motherboard. consider using pcpartpicker.com for guidance with compatibility. you may not be able to buy off it, but it'll at least warn you of any problems with your choice of parts.

only thing you need is a form of storage, be it HDD or an SSD. optical disc drive is optional if the only thing you need it for is to install the OS, seeing as you can install it with a USB thumb drive (google will help).

most of the necessary cables & screws usually come packaged with the case/motherboard/PSU/GPU...

most of the necessary cables & screws usually come packaged with the case/motherboard/PSU/GPU. only go out to buy them if they don't. naturally, you're expected to already own some screwdrivers, or have someone to borrow from. read all the manuals carefully & search through youtube for guides on building a PC if you haven't done so yet.
