computer wont boot with new ram

I have problem with my new ram XMS3 1333Mhz Corsair 8GB and computer will not but..its just black screen but when I insert older ram all works.

My motherboard is Asrock g41c-gs the older ram is Apacer 1GB 1333MHz DDR3
