here`s the components i want to buy i have the case and harddrive

MSI Radeon R9 270, 2Gg.I chose this grapichs card cause it out preformans the msi GTX 750ti oc.if you think i am wrong tell me.I know your gonna tell me get the 270x but that is out my budget and i only loose few frame rate not alot with the 270

For the motherboard i picked:ASUS M5A78L-M LX V2, AM3+, AMD 760 Chipset, Micro-ATX.cause its cheap and can run the cpu i picked

The cpu is amd fx6300 black edition so can overclock it if i have to i cant afford a I5 at the moment

The ram is a single 8gig ram :Kingston HyperX Fury, 8GB, DDR3-1866, CL10, Black
Is better to have two sperate 4gig rams or it ok just one.and how do you pick the ram cause the 1866mhz stuff confuses me cause the cpu is an 1866mhz

last but not lease power supply is GIGABYTE GreenMax Plus, 550w, 80 PLUS Bronze.

Quick question on this my box does not have the top vents cause i see on the powersupply the fan is on top does it mean i am going to have a problem or can i mount other ways.

Here is the site i want to buy from www.rebeltech.co.za

If you see something i must change let me now.all this came to about R6700.

Hey, it seems to be good and reasonable build. Will this be for gaming or doing photo/video editing?

Would you consider a 2x4 GB RAM setup. This is because a dual increases overall performance 4%-7%.

However, if you plan to overclock, you should get a 600W, just for a bit of extra headroom.

Would you like an SSD? Samsung are one of the best brands for this.

are you guys worried about the overclocking of the cpu or the gpu cause in the case of the cpu dont know how to and think it gives enough prosecing power for gaming,I am going to use the build only for gaming.or must i swap the cpu you to the amd fx4300 it is the same power as the fx6300.and what about the psu is the case and fan ontop of psu gonna be a problem.well i check on how much power this build would need and it came to 407 so i think the 550 would be enough?the gpu comes already oc out of the box but i saw a vid where the msi gtx 750ti was running on oc and wasnt taking alot of power but the r9270 takes a bit more.please give your inputs

IS the fx6300 better then Intel Haswell Core i3-4150, 3.50GHz, Dual Core, LGA1150 for gaming?

I think you need to change:
Motherboard (too weak to overclock)
Ram (kingston do not make good ram like they used to and it's 1.65v instead of 1.5. Plus, 2x4gb is better than 1x8)
Power Supply (loud, poor quality)

Otherwise, nice build

well my budget around 6500-6700.go have a look and tell me your build for that price.

heres what they worked out for me

AMD FX-6300
ASUS M5A78L-M LX (V2)
CORSAIR-VENGEANCE-PRO-2X 4GB
MSI NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX750 TI O
COOLER MASTER ELITE V2 - 500W

what do you think of that is it a good build but i want to switch the gpu to the msi r9270

only using for gaming.if you can come under budget that would be awesome
