Is my system too weak ?

Can i play lastest games atlast on low?
My system info:

CPU : Pentium D 915 2.8 @ 3.0ghz
GPU : Radeon x1600 XT
RAM : 4gb ddr2 (can upgrade to 8gb)

If i cant please tell me some cheap upgrade

go for a good GPU.. the Radeon hd 7770 or r7 260x will do good if you wanna play games at medium settings.
You definitely need a 500W psu and upgrade your RAM by another 4GB

your processor runs at 3 GHz.. so you shouldnt have any problems.. I would suggest a quad core CPU.. but you have to change your Mobo too (socket type compatiblity).. it will cost you more.. i think you should be fine with your pentium D if you are going to play under low or medium settings

you really should not expect much from what you have. a good gpu will help for sure, but still dont expect to run modern games that well

with a 7770? maybe, but with a pent D? i doubt it. BF games love multiple cores. maybe you can play single player, but MP is a different beast

Just tested it on hd 7790 and pentium d 915 i get in Multiplayer 25+ fps !! all medium 720p

good, if you can, set other settings to low, experiment which one has the least visual impact (so you could still enjoy the graphics)
if you can maintain 30-40 fps, that would be good
