I am having this certain problem with my PC. When I turn on the PC the fans of the GPU and CPU spin but no HDD lights, no beep, and a blank is what I get. The weird part is, after a while or so when I turn the PC on, it turns on and works perfectly all day without and BSOD or other errors. :\
What I tried:
Removing RAM cleaning and inserting again(When I remove the RAM and turn it on I get beeps)
Tried starting without GPU
Tested PSU (working well)
Removed and inserted CMOS
Removed all other extensions such as CD-ROM
CPU not Overheating
well thats all I tested.
Any ideas?
P.S: When I hold down the power button the PC won't turn off.
