Hey guys, it's my first time here so please pardon me if I make a mistake.

This is what I'm going to buy:

Graphics Card: EVGA GTX 770 SC ACX 2 GB

Processor: Intel i7 4790k Devils Canyon

Ram: 8 GB Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB)

Motherboard: GA-P85-D3

HDD/SSD: 240 GB Kingston Fury

Optical Drive: Description of LG Internal Super Multi CD/DVD Combo Drive GH24NSBO (Black)

Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout

PSU: Cooler Master Enthusiast series TX650

Operating System(FPS Wise): Windows 8.1 OEM Single-Language 64-bit

Monitor: Samsung 21.5" LED Monitor Series 3 (S22C300B)

Accessories:

Keyboard: Logitech G11

Mouse: Logitech MMO Gaming Mouse

Mouse Pad: Logitech G440

What do you think about this? I'm planning to SLI in the future if I can't max future games.

Do you think I'll max every single game (30+ FPS?).

I used to game on the shittiest laptop with 8 FPS max on arma 2 with the lowest possible settings ever + config and the maximum FPS I'll get was 8, lol and it was OK somehow for me. (I persevered). Now is the time to take revenge :D

This setup is approximately 2000$ in here (UAE, Dubai). I was going to buy an intel i5 4670k but the staff told me they'll make an offer. It was supposed to be more expensive.

You should probably try to get the i5 4690K with a gtx 780, it will benefit you more for games. But don't get that motherboard, you need a z97 motherboard to overclock. Something like an Asrock Pro4 isn't a lot more expensive.

I'm going to pick a 22 inch one (only one I found in that shop with 1080p resolution and HDMI + a decent price). If I buy the 780 Ti I will exceed my budget, I chose the i7 4790k since it's future proof and has beaten the i7 4690X in the arse + lowest FPS in arma would be around 50 with it + a base Ghz of 4. I'll change my motherboard to an asrock z87 pro4 ;).

Thanks everyone!

In gaming, the performance from the i5 to the i7 is barely noticeable. In some cases, it might perform worse. It doesn't help the i7 4960x in that case either because even that wouldn't give that much more of a performance difference. There aren't that many games that would actually utilize more cores/threads effectively.
