My CPU is running at around 60 degrees idle and as soon as I start to do anything like browse the internet it creeps up to high 70s to low 80s. I recently bought and applied thermal paste and that kept my system from crashing but its still at a really high temp.
Ive got an Intel i5, GTX 560, 750W PSU a crappy gigabyte motherboard and a case fan
Also I have recently ran in to some issues like my Disk usage going to 100% and that thn causes my CPU temp to spike to around 90 which cant be good for it
