I am planning to buy intel i5 4590, gigabyte h81m s1 motherboard, nvidia 650 graphic card.

But I just found out that this motherboard has pci express 2.0 standard while the graphic card has pci 3.0 x16 interface.

Will there going to be some problem while connecting them or they are not compatible with each other.
Suggest any other motherboard with pci express 3.0 in the same price bracket as of gigabyte h81m s1.

Thanks in advance.

Solution
No no.. PCIe 2.0 means second generation PCIe connections.. Years passed and development was made and named as PCIe 3.0 (3rd generations).. So, like a software released now ( because win 8 is released) it will work in windows 7 too..
