How to find administator password?

Hey guys. So my situation is that I have a computer running windows 8 with two users. My one user i have full control over, but the other, everytime i try and install a program or do anything, It asks for the password of "Administrator".

So how can i find that password out? As in any scripts i can use, programs etc?

you say it yourself.you have 2 users one that you have full access to.use that password.if you do not have a password just hit enter without password.
what is happening is that the second acount does not have administration privelages so you gan not install anything.
