The integrated graphics are part of your CPU.
Based on the model of your CPU you can find out what integrated graphics you have.

It's intergrated in the IntelĀ® H61 Express Chipset

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/chipsets/mainstr...

"Support for HDMI, DisplayPort*, eDP and DVI 2 High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) delivers uncompressed HD video and uncompressed multi-channel audio in a single cable, supporting all HD formats including 720p, 1080i and 1080p. Dual independent display expands the viewable workspace to two monitors."

You can use a handy program called GPU-Z and it will tell you detailed info on your current GPU in use including integrated GPUs.

Stop being lazy and download GPU-Z. Then install the program and run it. Then it will tell you all the information you're looking for. I already told you how to get the information you want without searching on the Internet. I posted the link a few post before.

You should be able to set it in the BIOS, look under advanced, and then something like chipset settings, I wouldn't set it to more than 512mb, as you only have 4gb ram.

EDIT:
Go to Advanced, then Video Configuration. Change the Aperture Size.
