corsair h70 vs 212x for really small cabinet

i am getting a cooler for my
CPU: AMD FX-4100
Motherboard: ASUS M5A88-M
i want to oc to max the gaming performance
i've been using stock cooler it temps 65-70 degree. idle-full load
my pc runs 24/7
please tell me which of these both will be good for the cpu
i want to get rid of the bottleneck in watch dogs and want the best cooling solution.
note- graphics card n660 tf 2g/oc
games being played on 720p

edit-- $45 for the corsair h70(used)india
and hyper 212x costs around $48(new)

Go for the hyper 212 it's a good cooler and it will keep it cool, I have it myself and it is great, It is also new vs the h70 which is quite old aswell, Overclocking performance should go to the h70 but if you want good reliability either go for the Hyper 212 or go for a New h80i or something

I would go for Hyper 212 Evo, I think it is newer and it performs great, I know that because I own one
