Ds Cube + 2x 140mm be quiet pwm (replaces original fans) + EVO 212 + Z97MX

40€ difference

Could I up to 4.5? without nothing happens

Solution
without nothing happens?

You can't overclock 4570. On aveage, the i5 4670k can reach 4.5 GHz, but you would probably need AIO water cooler for that.

I mean if it is worth it to choose the 4650k and do OC in this small box with 212 EVO (and it would reach over 4.5 without dying) or I just simply buy the regular 4570 because is not worth it

I think it is. But really depends what you will be doing. If your going to do something demanding (Rendering, Modeling, multi gpu setups), then yes. Otherwise, no. I5 4790 is more than enough for almost anything.

i7 is the best, but probably more than you need. I do rendering and I7 4790 is ideal but OC i5 4690K will also do very well. Rendering is very CPU intensive, if you going to do so, the K versions will be very helpful.

To clarify:

I5 4670K / i5 4690K are essientally the same with 4690K having slightly better thermals
i7 4770K / i7 4790K same logic as i5 above applies.
Non-k processors are NOT overclockable.
