i baught (his amd r9 270) graphic card. MY question is when it is idle its temprature on catalyst control centre is 35 c and when i am playing battlefield 4 its temprature is 65 c .is 65 to 70 c can damage my card or its a normal temprature

Thats normal.
Generally speaking temps below 80c are just fine, between 80-85c is getting bit too warm and beyond that something should be done to cool it down. (Thou cards like 290(x) can take it up to 94c without damage, at least according to amd. :D)
