Having a really strange problem need help

Hello im having some really bad frame rate issues that are intermittent when playing any game other than league of legends (dayz, smite, transistor, civ5, you name it). The frame rate just drops randomly and then returns to normal after a while although sometimes it wont go back to normal and i have to exit the game and restart, please help.

Your specs gave me a 404 error? By chance, do you have a EVGA GTX 680 FTW+ 4GB? If so, some of those cards have a small defect where the first 20 minutes or so of booting up your PC, any game you play will stutter and tye FPS will be erratic. After those 20 minutes or so, the regular performance returns.

If you haven't already, start by reinstalling the latest video drivers. Use Display Driver Uninstaller (http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/) to remove the old drivers completely.

Have you checked card temperatures? Opened up the task manager to see if something else is using resources? Virus scan? Try reseating the graphics card.

Is it a recent problem? If so, do a restore point. If you don't have one, then do a fresh install of windows.

Edit: BTW, you're pc part picker doesn't show up.

Ok ive had a look using gpu tweak while playing saints row on ultra and it spikes all the time from 44% gpu usage + 38degrees to 99% gpu usage + 90degrees, im really concerend

Also it makes no difference if i put the settings on low or high im seriously confused.
