My friend's computer has been laggy, at first i figured that w/o running anything the memory usage is at 2.9-3gb out of 3.8gb, then I cleared some things on msconfig (mainly unused services and startups), uninstalled some junks, cleared things using CCleaner, defragmented the disks ad now it's down to 2.5gb. any thing else I should take into consideration?
