What is the best CPU cooler for a FM2 socket?

I'm upgrading my PC, and I want a new CPU cooler to replace the stock one I have currently. At first I thought of buying the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU cooler, but it looks like it won't fit in my case. My budget isn't too limited, I can afford anything up to 40 euros (~54 USD). So I'm looking for a decent budget PC cooler.

PC specs:
CPU: AMD Trinity A10-5800K (stock cooler)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7660D (integrated)
MOBO: ASRock FM2A75M-DGS
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston 1600mz
PSU: Chieftec 500w gpa-500s8
CASE: Chieftec Mesh CQ-01B

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'd love to get myself a Noctua cooler, but it's out of my price range and it isn't available in my country. Any other suggestions?

That looks cool, fits the price range too. Maybe I'll get that. I've been looking at some coolers myself too. What do you think about these two?
