Solution
I am switch 8320 for i5, it would allow for overclocking and more money for gpu. I went for 8 gb instead of 4 of ram. GT 730 is boardline bad, swapped it for 250x. I went with more wattage with 450W Seasonic PSU.

Unbalanced, Ditch the 4590 for a 4460 or 4360, Get a PSU With higher wattage (ex 450-550) and Get a GTX 760 Or if you don't have enough money a r9 270/Maxwell 750Ti.

If you're planning on gaming, ALWAYS get a GPU that's more expensive than the CPU, As 99% of games rely on the GPU more than the CPU.
