Hi there. It is my 1st time with AMD CPU's ever since Core 2 Duos. I thought I'd buy a dual graphics laptop but I am having a couple problems with it. The main problem is finding a accurate program which will tell me the CPU's temperature.

I've tried Speedfan, Speccy, HWMonitor & Core Temp. The readings are 88c to 110c.
I've looked at the BIOS and the temperature reading isn't there at all. I suspect the board is a rubbish one.

I have already gave HP technical support and HP store a telephone call. They are giving me a cash refund.

However I'd like to know if this is by product design or if the unit is faulty.

Thats VERY hot, you could get a severe burn, i use msi afterburner to see how are temps.
