I just booted up my computer and the big fan on the side of the case isnt spinning. How important is this? I already have fans near my processor and my hard drive are these enough?

Solution
side intake fans are generally installed to keep your gpu and your case cold....generally an intake in the front and one exhaust in the back of the case is necessary for good airflow but keeping a side fan is always helpful its not a must ...

so my computer wont overheat or anything and i can just leave it how it is right.

i dont think so, just your gpu temps may increase a bit that's it & fans are cheap you can get a good 120 mm fan under 10$ u can install it later and as i said earlier its good to have a side fan but its not a must to have there are lot of gaming cases with no side fan space instead a large transparent window..
