You can't connect monitors to the Internet directly, period. So the answer to your diagram and question is No.
Can you give us more details of what you want to accomplish? Do you want the PC to be able to show ads on three remote monitors? Do you want to have monitors / keyboards / mice at three different locations to run your PC? Describe the scenario in more detail: What programs will run where, what will display where, where a user will type. We may be able to help.
