Need generic camera drivers/ help identifying webcam for win. 7

Hi, I have an old cheap webcam I found up in the attic. It has no branding/ model number, so I can't find drivers for it. I do have another webcam, but it isn't in very good shape. That's why I'm trying to find out about the one I found. Windows fails to get drivers automatically for it, and it shows up as "Generic digital camera". I'm wondering if anyone has seen it before, and what the make/model is. The board has a code of PC30BSP561 on it. The device instance path is USB\VID_04FC&PID_0561\5&469B4E3&0&1.

Thanks for the site, really awesome =). However, when I compared pictures online of the models provided by the website to my camera, none matched. I don't know if the board inside matched one of the results, but visually, none matched the exterior of the cam. It might help to add to my original post that the webcam is from Poland, as I brought it here when I moved to the US. Here's a picture of it:

Also, I found a serial number I overlooked before, though Google found nothing with it. S/N 50005825
