Would a AMD Athlon 760k OC to 4.3ghz bottleneck a gtx770. Also would a SeaSonic G 550W 80+ Gold run gpu?http://pcpartpicker.com/mr/newegg/seasonic-power-supply-ssr550rm

Yes, you will be bottlenecking your GPU there. The PSU will be fine for 1 GTX 770, but not if you plan to upgrade.
