The gtx 750 or r7 260 would probably be the point where dedicated cards start outshining integrated graphics. (especially if you factor price/performance of essentially $0 for the integrated )
620 is way below what's worth buying for gaming (that card would be used if you didn't have onboard graphics and just needed video output for desktop computing-- or if you needed a different I/O than your onboard had)
