Please give me a good build for a budget build of $250 that is on Amazon and has Prime as an option on all of the components because I need to get the items in less than three days. Thank you very much for your time.

I Really hate to admit it, But buying a pre-built is the way to go.

Just find a cheap dell office computer, like the ones you see at best buy, But if you REALLY have to build it, Get the cheapest A4 CPU AMD offers with 2gb of ram.
 
With that money, if you're just going to be using it for school and not for gaming, go with a laptop. The budget is more of an upgrade budget rather than a full building budget.
