Will these specs be able to run a heavily modded skyrim with some nice visual mods?

Hey!

I'm looking to get into PC gaming and one of the reasons is to mod games. I'd like to play skyrim with some visual mods (Enbs) and some immersive mods such as frost fall. Will the specs be good enough to do so?

Intel Core i5 4690 3.9GHz, Intel Z97 Chipset, 8GB DDR3 1600MHz, Super Flower 550W PSU, Nvidia GTX 780 Series Graphics, 7.1 HD Audio, CPU Water Cooler, 801.11N Wifi

That thing should kill any game you throw at it, I did ok with modded Skyrim on a C2D E8400 and GTX 460.
Not sure about that power supply, though. Never heard of that brand.
