Please help me possible bottleneck?

Hello i am having some really bad problems with playing games, i have really sudden fps drops when playing any game.
I will provide my PC build and a few screen shot from gpu tweaks monitoring.

Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core
Asus B85M-G Micro ATX LGA1150
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Asus GeForce GTX 760 2GB DirectCU II
Corsair 600W ATX12V

As a side not regardless of what game i play and regardless of settings i get the same problem, i have tried reinstalling all the drivers and they are all up to date.

PS Notice also how in the screenshots the GPU usage is spiking to 99% sometimes!
And if its any help at all the intervals are every 10 seconds.

Am I blind, or do those screen shots not show temperature? That would be my 1st guess. Followed by inconsistent power delivery (that's a CX model line PSU isn't it? you just said Corsair but I believe only the CX comes in 600w) which is possible on that PSU. 3rd guess would be driver issue.
edit- appears I'm blind. I see it now

Well 82C isn't a particularly high temp. Your GPU power usage looks awful spiky though (which is typical in AMD cards but less so in nvidia) especially that huge drop in the 1st screen shot. I would guess a PSU issue, but I'm not terribly confident in that.

So you think it could possibly the power supply not providing enough for everything? Im not sure to be honest but when i checked the build it seemed to be fine even if i overclocked the card (havent over clocked it).
Really lost with what do to :S
