new h60 running same as stock cooler

I just installed a corsair h60 onto my i5 4670k, with a corsair sp120 quiet edition pushing and the stock fan pulling. I used stock thermal paste and made sure i cleaned the old stuff of the cpu. It is still running low 30's idle and low 80's under load with no overclocking. This is the same as the stock cooler so if you know the reason please help.

Remove the stock fan and try it with the 1. The H60 is beaten by the 212 EVO, just a heads up.
Next step would be trying your own thermal paste. 80s under load is a bit high.
