I am thinking about getting back into gaming, mainly World of Warcraft, and I need some hardware advice. Can anyone tell me how well this laptop I have could run WoW?

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-15-6-touch-screen-laptop-intel-core-i5-8gb-memory-750gb-hard-drive-black/2991012.p?id=1219085428591&skuId=2991012&st=pcmcat190000050007_categoryid$abcat0502000&cp=1&lp=4

What settings could it run? Is it a good value?

I would prefer to have a laptop, something in this price range, but I am aware a self built desktop for the same price would have better performance.

Any info on this laptop as it relates to WoW would be helpful, also any alternatives or even desktop builds around $700 for WoW would be great.

Here's my personal ~700 dollar build.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4590 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($189.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($81.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.91 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB Dual-X Video Card ($185.38 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower...
I wouldn't recommend this laptop for gaming, I would look for something that has a dedicated graphics card.

Take a look at notebookcheck it will give you some benchmark numbers with the different mobile graphics options http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4400.91979.0.html .

I wouldn't go any lower than say an nvidia 840m or equivalent GPU. Just look at benchmarks for the different ones at the resolution you plan on playing at to get a feel of what to expect.

Its able to run basically every game at high settings well, excluding maybe Crysis 3 or something, haha.
