Ok so my brother bought a 650ti for his computer and when I installed it the fan comes on and everything but you get zero video display from it. It also does not show up under device manager or in the Nividia control panel or Geforce Experience. I know power and drivers a re not a probelm as I installed it on my PC to try testing it. (My PC has a gtx 760). I need some help on how to make this work if it is possible. Thanks!
