Does my PSU able to take an R7 265?

I have an AMD A10-5800k paired with G.SKILL RipjawsX 2133MHz 8GB(4GBX2) in a GA-F2A75M-HD2 Gigabyte motherboard. I know this is not the best choice in terms of budget to performance but I was planning to buy a 265. My psu is bronze rated Silver Stone 430watt, and I am wondering if this psu can keep up with my build. Because if it won't, I'm also considering the 750 ti.

Other info:
The ram is allocated with 1.60v using XMP. The APU is in stock clock of 3.8GHz and turbo up to 4.2GHz, although the igpu has a small speed bump from 800Mhz to 855Mhz (no voltage change). I am aware of possible bottlenecks due to the APU and motherboard to only have PCIE 2.0 support, but overclocking could possibly reduce bottlenecks. I also have 2x HDDs, 2x 120mm fans, 1x 140mm fan, 1x 90mm fan, 1x 80mm fan, just in case this info will draw significant watts.

Power draw? I don't mind the power hungry r7 as long as is has more potential power.

Yes, at first run of this build it didn't even boot-up because the ram lacked the needed voltage. So the overclocked it in the Bios using the XMP profile 1, and it solved it. :)
I did run cpu-z, and yes, the DRAM frequency is 1066 which i think is around 2133ish.
