How to increase gpu usage?

BF3 on high, 1280,1080 still low gpu usage. Minecraft i get VERY BAD fps, around 15 with all low settings at a server spawn, max is like 60 while looking at sky :/

It's always at 13-32 fps on low depending were I am, high-ultra it only drops by 3 fps no more then that idk :/ help me pls! <3

Minecraft is more CPU intensive then GPU intensive, BF3 would be a better test of your GPU. As to why you aren't getting the FPS you want, I'm not too sure. With Minecraft make sure you're dedicating 2GB+ of RAM through java parameters and you're running updated java.

Yup I did all that and Java is fully updated.

My cpu does not have intergrated video, when I plug it into the motherboard it's all black, but when I plug it into the gpu I see windows normally no black screen.
