Do you prefer AMD CPU only?
Will you consider Intel CPU also in you build?
Would you like to Overclock in Future.

An Intel CPU is a much better investment. It will give you a good upgrade path, great power consumption, and very good single thread performance. Something like this would do well:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 3.4GHz Dual-Core Processor ($116.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI H81M-E33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($44.99 @ Micro Center)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 1GB Video Card ($89.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $251.96

as i have mentioned before your motherboard ,cpu ram are all fine just your GPU is weak and just upgrading your cpu and mobo will not give u a boost of fps in games but if u upgrade athe gpu then u will get a huge boost in FPS in gaming ........gaming now a days is basically gpu oriented...i will say go for a r9 280x or gtx 770 if u want to see better performence in games ...

Okay here's what i'd do:

Intel i3-4130 (~ 100E)
An H81 motherboard (~ 50E) *ASUS, Gigabyte, or ASrock, I'd avoid MSi.
Nvidia GTX 750 Ti ( ~125E) *Get one without the 6-pin connector if you still want to use the old PSU
Windows 8.1 (~ 80E) *Or windows 7
A new power supply (~40E) * Corsair, XFX, Seasonic, or Rosewill, some other brands too but can't think of them
Case (~30E) *Just get a well-rated, cheap one

Total: about 425 Euros.

You won't be able to cross over the installation really. You will have to go into Windows device manager, and delete ALL the motherboard's drivers, and then make sure none reinstall, and then turn it off, switch components, and turn it back on.

I don't recommend it, but I've done it before with success.

No, not necessary. You can just format the old one when you reinstall windows.

Check this thread out: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2203068/motherbo...

Also, tell me how much more an R9 270 costs on your websites compared to the GTX 750 Ti.

Okay, that's a borderline deal. I'd just get the 750 Ti.

Get a workable power supply like the Antec VP450 or Corsair CX430 for cheap, and your 750 Ti will be up and running.

I bet your current power supply would work, but I have no idea the quality of that unit. Do you know who makes it?

Okay, it's probably an okay power supply then.

I would get the 750 Ti for sure.

Find a good case, then find an Intel Haswell motherboard, and I'll look through it, help you with the CPU, and get you going!

Cool, I like both of them. ASUS is an excellent manufacturer, and I love my Cooler Master cases (built two rigs this year with them).

I would get the i3-4130 if you don't want to spend more than about 100 euros, but spending about 160 euros on an i5-4570 would be a good investment for sure.

So you are using a GTX 650 or are you going to buy that ASUS GTX 750 Ti?

Definitely. But the i5 is a true quad core, while the i3 is a dual core. The i5 will be a better investment in the long run because more and more games are utilizing more cores.

The i3 will work fine for some years to come though, as long as you don't edit video or record your games.

Yes, the i5 would be a good choice if you are playing those newer games.

Seeing those new games, I recommend you take a look at upgrading your power supply to a Corsair CX500 or something and consider the R9 270/270X. The 750 Ti will do great, but the added power in the R9 series would be a real boost.

Socket 1150 is Haswell, that is what will work with the H81 motherboard. Don't get the 1155 CPUs.

Yeah, for sure it will. Just a PCI-express slot.

You will need a new power supply, and the card would cost an extra 30 euros or so, so we are talking about an extra 70 euros or so, but that would be another 15% more graphics performance.

If you bumped up to an R9 280, (which should work on a quality 500W power supply) we are talking about a big 50-60% increase over the 750 Ti, which would bring a substantial level of future-proofing as well as awesome performance.

It all depends on your budget.

Buying the case, motherboard, and Intel i5, how much do you want to spend on the graphics?

That's looking really good.

You don't need that CPU cooler, the i5 comes with one, and everyone says it crap, because it is, but it will do the job just fine.

I would get a Corsair CX500 (because it's cheap and will do the job) or something Seasonic, XFX, Rosewill, or EVGA. Tell me if you find any good deals and I can see if it is good.
