Can you transfer all sound to PS4 headset without peripherals for audio?

I have a ps4 on a monitor with no sound. Can I transfer all sound tops4 headset without all the converters, rca cables etc...?

Yes, you can stream all of the audio through the 3.5mm on the ps4's controller. To do so, plug in any headphones and hold down the ps button on the controller. The audio options should be under device settings.

If the monitor is connected to the PS4 via HDMI, and has a sound output or headphone jack (normal audio output) there is a chance you'll be able to get sound out of it. I have my monitors hooked up to my PC via HDMI and I get sound from the backs of them through my mixer with no speakers or anything. So if the PS4 and monitors both support it, you may be in luck.
