So I just built a new gaming desktop and with an AMD FX-8350 and a GTX 770 but I am only getting 60 fps max. I know 60 fps is still great, but I should be getting in the range of 100 fps. Any Ideas?

What monitor are you using? It's likely a 60Hz monitor, so anything over 60 fps doesn't matter anyway.

Turn off Vsync in-game and in Nvidia control panel. Remember to set the maximum fps slider to unlimited in-game.
