How good do you guys think my PC is?

I recently built my own computer and I just wanted to know how good others thought it was. Here are the specs:

Motherboard - Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3
Processor - AMD FX-4300
RAM - Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x4GB)
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7000 RPM
GPU - XFX HD 5870 ATI Radeon
PSU - EVGA 500B 500W

Will this be able to run GTA V on at least high graphics when it comes out for PC?

It's okay. I'm not a fan of the 4300. I don't think it will be able to run GTA V on high settings very well.

It's a bit low-end for a gaming PC, mainly because of the GPU.
As for GTA V, it'll probably run it if you're fine with turning down the settings.

The person I'm buying it from is still preparing the shipment for the GPU so I can cancel it anytime, as of now I am just using the integrated graphics. Which GPU would you recommend?

How high is your budget? An R9 270X would be a good GPU for that system if you can afford it.

The R9 270 would do as well, it's still much better than the 5870.
