I recently formatted by Dell inspiron 15r laptop. It has windows 8 pre-installed. I tried to update the windows 8 but it failed and now my screen is stuck on "failure to configure updates, reverting changes, do not turn off computer". It's been stuck for several hours now. I've tried restarting the laptop using the power button and re-inserting the battery but nothing works. It just loads back the same screen. Please help.
